At Family Care Solutions, we know that everyone’s situation is unique. From the moment you call, our team of professionals begins considering the specific needs of your situation. We will meet either virtually or in-person (your preference) to ask questions during the initial meeting, to form a basic needs assessment. After discussing the particulars of your needs and how FCS could be of service, we will prepare an initial Custom Care Plan, and then we will continue to work with you to fine-tune that Care Plan based on any changes or updates to your loved one’s specific needs. Once the plan is agreed to, one of our Family Care Solutions team members matches the right caregiver to implement the plan.
Family Care Solutions caregivers go through an extensive screening process, including interviews, background checks and drug screening. Once hired, caregivers are trained through a respected continuing education program. All staff participates in onboarding training before being assigned to a client, and they continue to participate in required, annual training, which meets all Tennessee caregiver requirements. This is to ensure that they’re able to deliver the care set out in your loved ones’ Custom Care Plan. Lastly, before providing care, they’re bonded and insured.
